Project Manager for Corporate/Interiors - PHL

Responsibilities

  • Manage the contractual and financial responsibilities of projects for corporate facilities
  • Monitor the design process from conceptual phase through construction
  • Ensure the completion of projects within budget, on schedule and meeting all program objectives
  • Develop, forecast and monitor project budget
  • Build and manage successful project teams
  • Serve as primary resource to clients on all project related issues
  • Provides technical support and project communications to team 

 

Desired Qualifications

  • BS and/or MS in Architecture or Interior Design
  • 8+ years’ experience in corporate and interiors 
  • Experience managing projects in excess of 200,000 S.F. for Fortune 500 Companies
  • Experience managing workplace transformation strategy projects 
  • NCIDQ Certification and LEED Certification a plus 
  • Ability to plan, organize, motivate, mentor, direct and evaluate the work of others 
  • Ability to prioritize work by making informed judgments and to develop solutions for complex problems 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent marketing and sales skills with Fortune 500 clients
  • Excellent client management and leadership skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills
