PEPPER HAMILTON LLP REGIONAL HEADQUARTERS

Pepper Hamilton LLP
New York, NY / 5,500 SF

Pepper Hamilton is an international law practice that is over a century old. After the firm expanded to take over the entire 37th floor of the New York Times building, Francis Cauffman renovated the space, converting it from a multi-tenant configuration to a full-floor layout with a unified aesthetic. The new office entry and lobby have a timeless, soft modern feel, with stone and wood details and clean lines.

A new conference center includes a large conference room and breakout rooms. The conference room overlooks the Hudson River through floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing natural daylight to filter though inner glass walls into the lobby.  Francis Cauffman also designed Pepper Hamilton’s offices in Detroit, Philadelphia, Princeton, and Wilmington.
