Ansel Radway

Architecture is about people. The clients, the project team members, the contractors and subs, the authorities having jurisdiction and the people who will interact with the built environment. With nearly two decades of experience in Healthcare Design, as well as experience in Science and Technology, Lab and Corporate Design, Ansel’s goal is to design, document and collaborate within the project's phases so that attention and care is provided to each group that architecture affects. As a Project Architectural Designer, who has worked on over 200 projects, Ansel is involved in all phases of the project from the planning stage through project construction.

Along with project development, Ansel is a staunch advocate and facilitator of the growth and professional development of the members of his project teams and the firm through mentorship. Ultimately, there are two things Ansel looks forward to at the end of a project: the end-user joyfully experiencing their new space and seeing his team growing as people and professionals to be better tomorrow than they are today.
