The modern aesthetic and neutral palette of the new lobby addition is light, bright, and translucent, reflecting the clarity of comprehensive care, education, and standard of excellence provided within this state-of-the-art facility. Framed entries provide color, and highlight the reception and café, while stone planters and a two-story, luminous, sculptural element provide a strong connection to the exterior and surrounding community.
As part of the Master Plan implementation, the neutral palette and design elements from the lobby are repeated in each of the clinical and administrative spaces, maintaining a consistent design vocabulary throughout the facility. Framed elements, decorative vertical wall panels with integrated architectural lighting, and small pops of color emphasize significant locations and points of entry throughout the Emergency Department, Critical Care Unit, Central Registration, Radiology & Nuclear Medicine, Surgical Suite, and Administration Suite.
