The first facility of its kind on Long Island, the Summit Health Medical Office Building has been hailed as the prototype for future facilities in the area. The project transformed an existing 28,489 sf three-story office building (with the lower level below grade) into a new multi-specialty care clinic and diagnostic imaging suite. Fit-out of an existing building is to accommodate 5 physician's practices. The basement contains the new diagnostic imaging department with MRI, CT, X-Ray, Ultrasound, and Bone Density Dexa. The Ground floor houses ENT, a Primary Care practice, and Staff areas. The second floor is comprised of an Orthopedic practice and a Blood Draw Lab.
Overall, the fit-out of the existing building provides a comprehensive range of medical services through multiple physician practices. The layout is carefully designed to optimize patient care, streamline operations, and create a comfortable environment for both patients and healthcare professionals. The inclusion of the diagnostic imaging department, ENT practice, primary care practice, orthopedic practice, and blood draw lab ensures the facility can cater to diverse healthcare needs efficiently.
