FCA was engaged by longtime partner Fox Rothschild for its New York City office relocation. Located at 101 Park Avenue in midtown Manhattan, the two phase project enabled Fox Rothschild to upgrade and modernize. The 80 attorney offices were right sized to accommodate the desire to accommodate flexible work meeting spaces and the secretarial workstations were redesigned to allow greater teaming and work sharing. The offices with glass fronts enables natural light to penetrate into the core spaces. The conference center was designed to integrate state-of-the-art technology.
