The law firm McCarter & English built on the success of their Philadelphia office with FCA and asked the team to assist them in relocating their New York City offices. One of the objectives was to use the relocation as an opportunity to drive the Philadelphia aesthetic forward, continuing a modern classic space which can easily host large client and social events. The NYC office is a hub office for the firm, where many attorneys often hotel as they meet national clients in NYC. The FCA team worked closely with real estate advisers and evaluated both stay-put and multiple midtown options. The selected location is a large sublet that allowed McCarter & English to customize the space for their needs while realizing value in the prior fit out. The renovation provided a signature aesthetic to all the public spaces and staff areas uniquely McCarter & English. Renovations include a new elevator lobby, reception, conference suite with marble, wood & glass accents.
