The law firm McCarter & English built on the success of their Philadelphia and New York City offices with FCA and asked the team to assist them and their real estate advisors in evaluating both stay-put and relocation scenarios. McCarter & English ultimately decided to remain in place. Through efficient planning, we reduced square footage, increased attorney capacity, and realized value in the existing fit-out.

Secretarial workstations were redesigned to allow for greater teaming and work sharing. Glass fronts at offices enable natural light to penetrate into the core spaces. Renovations also include centralized social spaces on each floor, flexible meeting rooms, and centralized firm-wide support functions.
