As part of a larger master plan, this multi-phased renovation would create a 26-bed Intermediate Care Nursing Unit.  The Design reflects St Mary’s focus on Planetree and Niche inspired care environments.  There is a focus on patient and family, with specific attention to their aging patient census.  

Design drivers of both hospitality settings and concierge service were considerations while utilizing design standards and staying within budget.
